Got me a new outdoor cooker for Christmas. To break it in, my Saturday night consisted of cigars, football, and cooking up a chicken and sausage gumbo on it. Bring on the cold weather!

Found some chicken/andouille gumbo in the freezer yesterday. All I have to do is heat it up (and maybe add a little extra chicken).

I don't know what's all in the dip besides chicken cheese and hot sauce but it's badass .

These dips are getting out control. Had a gumbo dip at a party this Christmas.

I have a 2 pound pork roast in the crock pot right now with onions, carrots and peas. Going all day. Serve that over rice for the football game tonight.

You should put a spoonful of better than bouillon chicken base in that rice.

Big pot of dirty rice. I took some gumbo out of the freezer yesterday to thaw. It will be ready tomorrow.
