Wanted to jump in on this, kinda late, but I just started the X3 program this week (started Sunday). I've done several of the workouts before (my wife has been doing it with her friends) but started following the program this week. I did a pre-week of picking a few easier ones, so really my 2nd week. I finished original P90X a few years ago and loved it, was in great shape. Kid, and ACL surgery didn't help.

I was 183 at my heaviest ever on the scale. Want to get to 158-ish (only 5'6"). Started trying to eat healthy and no "cokes" at all. Once I get to under 170 I'll slack a bit on diet since its a bit unnatural for me now. But definitely needed to watch what I was doing. New job, free meals, free cokes had me in a rut.

I started on Sunday also. I don't remember these workouts being so damn difficult last time...amazing what 8 months off will do for you Challenge is tonight, looking forward to not being able to use my arms for a few days.

Also, to all DVD player manufacturers that didn't add up/down/left/right capabilities to the players... I have to go buy a cheap arse dvd player now since I can't find a remote to either of the ones I have.

I did P90X yoga last night. Forgot how long that DVD was. But a damn good workout and stretch. Especially after running a marathon

I hope so. My lower back is killing me right now. I don't know what that is about.

Sabi do yourself a favor an mount a pull up bar in your garage or ceiling! I ordered one from Rogue and put in my garage. Way better than a door one.

I really enjoy doing the yoga on p90x3, but 30 minutes is enough to destroy me. Isn't the p90x yoga like an hour and 15 minutes long or something crazy like that? I'd die.

Did Challenge last night, and as predicted the upper half of my body done.

I hate X3 yoga. It's too short. X2 is the best. One hour, pretty intense.

Hey Sabi, I ordered Body Beast and it should be in tomorrow. I'll start it next week. I had such great results with P90X, X3, and Insanity, but I wanted to bulk a little.

I like to do the P90X yoga, but skip through most of his BS. It's just too long. Doing that, it's only about 50-60 mins. Once you've done it enough, you know what moves come next and can flow through it without his explanations.

I don't like X3 yoga.
