There will be an official announcement by Friday morning from Saban/UA that he's staying.
Do you take that bet?
the wager: premium drinks at the skylounge on Sunday before our biz trip.
I don't think he'll leave, but I do enjoy the bama schadenfreude.

It's Wednesday. The whole fricking State of Alabama will implode long before then if a decision isn't announced soon.

Move it to satuday night. The Texas Football banquet is Friday night that gives Mack a chance to retire and saban to pack

This probably drags out until next week. Mack Brown might have his leaving Texas presser Friday, but that's all that is getting accomplished this week in Austin.

I actually haven't heard a single person talk about this. Either no one knows or no one cares.

You're getting drunk either way. Do It

in a bet like this i always thnk of what the worst and best case scenarios are.
worst case is you're drinking and enjoying life on your dime.
best case is free drinks and the glorious aftermath of the best meltdown of all time.
i mean do you realize how much better your drinks will taste if that happens?? it'll be nectar of the gods type shite.
only a BJ and cigar would make it better. pull that trigger.

I'd bet against that happening. there's at least two scenarios where you win, vs. a very specific one that he wins
also you have to clarify that Saban actually stays vs. just an announcement.

What if Saban announces he's staying, then hops on the next plane to Austin? This bet needs some clarification due to Saban's prior track record.

The question you should ask is
Can a (/cough /cough) "man" called coonass afford premium drinks?

My money would be on the fact that he stays.
