Ummm, I never understand these posts. So you want nachos, cheese and chips. Add your ground beef, veggies, beans. Whatever you like.

Agreed. Kinda like asking for a turkey sandwich recipe.

if you want to give your taste buds a treat, put the jelly on the left side and PB on the right.

Also if you are feeling adventurous, remove the crust

You can make nachos with a ton of different ingredients. For example I thought about using chorizo along with ground beef and making a cheese sauce rather than just using shredded cheese. But I'm sure everyone here makes nachos the same way kinda like a peanut butter sandwich. . So silly of me to ask for ideas.

Pulled pork, Monterrey Jack, pickled japs and black olives. Pop under the broiler, then top with BBQ sauce and sour cream.

Just put on different toppings than you normally do and you'll have what you're looking for.

I like it simple. Spicy cheese over chips. Stick in hot arse oven for a few minutes

I like using ground chicken.

I'll cook a chopped onion and bell pepper with some sliced mushrooms. Remove and then start cooking the ground chicken (or beef). The chicken tends to be a little chunkier instead of falling apart like the beef.

When it's halfway done I'll add 2 packs of seasoning with half of the recommended water to finish the meat. Toss the veggies back in to coat and heat back up.

Plate starts with Tortilla rounds and a very light dusting of shredded cheese (Mexican or Nacho blends). Then add the meat and veggies. Top with a heavy dose of shredded cheese. From there it's up to you. I'll add some Salsa on top. My wife makes guacomole for hers...or sometimes just avacodo slices.

Easy and tastes good.

Was thinking the same thing.

They are pretty straight forward on how to make...
