Yep. If you don't like the flavor of green, use red or orange or yellow for a sweeter taste.

Thanks, went with a bell pepper-oonion ratio of about 1:1. No celery

Someone needs to fix the flagship gumbo recipe of the TD recipe book version 5. That calls for onions only!
