Games that made you eat crow.

What are some games out there you had absolutely no interest in, and in some instances dogged without playing, only to find that you thought they were amazing.
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune was a game I had no desire to play and frankly looked like any other third person action shooter, I could not have been more wrong.

Dishonored probably.
I had zero interested in the game. Played about 6-8months after launch because of boredom. One of my favorite titles of 2012.

Now that I think about it, when wind waker came out I bashed the art style and look of it but now I like it and it's fun. That was a long time ago though

I think the biggest problem with wind water was the complete reversal from the hyper realistic style used in a technical demo for the GC than it was the style itself.

I generally think every game looks good or interesting on some level though. I just like games.

NBA2K13. I generally just make fun of sports game. Had a lot more fun with it than I ever thought I would.

Far Cry 3. I had no desire to play the game at all, but my brother got it and let me play it after he beat it. I couldn't play any other game until I had completed the story. There's not much replayability, but the first time through I couldn't turn it off.

Played a half hour of the minecraft demo. Biggest waste of a half hour in my life. I can see why people get in to it but it couldn't have bored me more
