SOS Stainless Oyster Shells

In response to an earlier thread. They're heavy duty, smooth flat bottom, and cost $33 a dozen shipped to my door. Check them out.

Those are the ones I was trying to remember. I haven't ordered them yet, but I follow them on FB. I like the idea of the chargrilled shrimp also.

I've noticed that a dozen shells uses a pint of oysters. So I usually buy a quart and cook 2 batches, with some french bread.
And yes GRis Gris, the shrimp will definitely be tried soon enough.

Well we cut them but don't shape them. So all you'd have is a flat 18 gauge piece of stainless steel shaped like a kidney.
