It's Cotton in Monroe boys and girls!!
If you have never been there you don't know what you are missing - every taste is unbelievable.

I would go with Commander's or August. Stella has to be in the top 3 though...

I don't see how anything North of US 190 could possibly be considered the "Best Restaurant in Louisiana".

Hell, I've eaten at Johnny's Pizza in Bossier City, Monroe, Ruston and Farmerville and still can't figure out how that place gets the ULMers and TechNecks so wet.

Johnny's isn't the best resturant in the state dude. Nobody is seriously saying that. Top 5? Maybe. I don't think you'll find anybody with a working palate put it outside the top 10 though.

Wouldn't even put it Top 3 in Louisiana for pizza. Definitely not in my Top 10 overall.

Yea, but you most likely have an uncouth and unrefined palate. A ruffians palate if you will. I've seen it a thousand times.

I've eaten at Ruffino's once. Very good. But my wallet hasn't allowed me to go back just yet.

What are we comparing? Fine dining or just any restaurant?

So it used to be nothing north of I-10, but now it's 190?
