So if LSU wins 9 does that mean the coaches and players overachieved?

Most "experts" thought LSU wd lose to the Gumps, then split with Ole Miss and A&M from the west and split w/ Georgia and Florida from the east at best.

How in the world did we beat Auburn?

Other than Mizzou and Auburn, who else has a happy fan base right now in this league?

every year, i see people on this board predicting 8-4 or 7-5...mostly due to their undying hatelust (i just made that word up) of Les Miles. Yet these same people are the ones bitching and moaning every time we win 9,10,11 games

Sorry Choc but the end is near. A & M destroys LSU, and I doubt Miles can get this team UP to beat a horrible Arky team. Then The Indy bowl here we come. I don't see Next year being much better.

They're under a first year head coach and have been getting better and better every week. I'm not so sure that if the game was played this Saturday the result would be the same because LSU hasn't been improving throughout the year.

Vegas over under for last Saturday was 55

And they nailed that

Would it surprise ANYONE if Lsu got gashed by manziel in a loss and struggled with Arkansas?

shite, it was a 4 point game with an FCS school at half time three weeks ago

Point is, the Furman game was meaningless.

would not be surprising.

struggled with Arkansas?

would be shocked.

I agree.

I predicted 3 losses this year, even got the games right.

But something about the way it has transpired has still left me beyond disappointed.

And back to original topic, I don't think 8 was a number that could easily be found.

8.5 - 9 was the number I saw.

Last year they had a better QB and WRs, it was also at Arkansas. The LSU offense should destroy them this year.
