Thinking of upgrading my smoker

Currently have this Brinkmann
It burns through fuel like a son of a bitch and i have found controlling the temperature is difficult. Not looking to spend the money for a BGE. any recommendations? someone was talking about an Akorn on here last week

dont get a kamado style if your just smoking. have you looked at weber smokey mountians?

Yeah, don't go ceramic just for smoking. Get the WSM if you want an exclusive smoker. Holds temps with ease.

The old country ones at academy aren't bad............they run thru fuel compared to my kamado but it's a very heavy gauge metal and will last you many years.
