My wife made some taco soup and a Greek 7 layer dip that was fantastic.
Base layer is cream cheese mixed with garlic, cavenders and lemon juice. Then hummus, then tomatoes, then cucumbers, then green onions, then olives, then feta, and topped with parsley (I'm counting 8 layers)



S'mores for dessert

1/2 dozen oysters and half a Luke burger and fries. First burger in over two years. Prayers requested for my insides.

Seared tuna, salad, open fire for heat. One check showed the cast iron at +850°

I don't know what it is, maybe a bad experience with salmon, but I just can't eat the stuff. Always looks good until I find out what kind of fish.
