Will Cam's experience in facing NFL 3-4 defenses be a strong advantage in LSU's offensive game plan?

Remember Les calls the plays in big games. I wish he would just eat grass this game.

FIFY.

But, Cam has had 3 weeks to prepare for Bama. 3 weeks. He's probably found about 50 different ways to exploit Bama's D. I know I've seen people worried that Bama is going to double team Juice and ODB, but you can't really double cover two WR's without leaving someone else wide open. I could see them doubling ODB and that will open up the middle of the field for our TE's and slot receivers. This would be a good game for a guy like Desean Smith to breakout in. He's too big for a safety to cover and to fast for a LB to cover. Seam routes all day.

LOL! Isn't it Kirby Smart? I don't believe it's Kirby Smith - that's a dorm!

He is referring to Confederate General Kirby Smith and questioning how Cam would do against him in a battle. Although Smith's troops' weapons are antiquated by today's standards, they are more than a match for the protective gear worn by modern offensive football players.

Well be on a level playing field.

Whether the O line can protect or not will determine how successful we are. We could score 30+ if the OLine plays well

The real question is wether Cam's experience translates in our players performance. You can lead a horse to water?? O-LINE is the key both for the run and pass protection!

First of all, Kirby Smart in a nobody; Saban is the defensive coordinator. Unfortunately, it comes down to players, and I think that at this time Bama is better than us. We have no one like Amari Cooper who is a gamebreaker. The Bama offensive line is probably somewhat better than ours which allows a good McCarron to be excellent. As a group I like our runningbacks a bit better than Bama's. Our defense simply must play way better than they have been.
Cameron will not outsmart Saban, and the Bama offense won't outsmart our defense. It comes down to players.

Cameron will find match-ups he likes and the Tigers will score some points. But Bama's O is going to roll against this defense.

Kirby Smith is a historic monument that housed many of our current Tiger Ranters! Kirby Smart is a lucky SOB who may be a good man but by no means the mastermind behind the Gump defense!
