Here is Richt's secret solution for stopping CJ.

I'm not sure I get the point of that video. The first 3 plays were Demario Minter (not PO) on CJ, and fouls were called all 3 plays. I mean..if we were mugging him and getting away with it I'd understand the beef, but flags were thrown on all those plays, so what's the problem? The 4th play I watched was a flag on Greg Blue, where again...a flag was thrown. the situation was "righted".

Why didn't that tech fan make a video of Paul Oliver legitimately shutting him down and getting a pick or 2? Oh, because that doesn't make good fodder for tech fans.

Dudes face is pulled back so tight he'll have to type this dumb sh#t before long. Neon could've run with him and picked bad throws but nobody like Megatron was around in that era. They were half the speed and called tight ends.

Deion Sanders couldn't shut down Jerry Rice. I have a hard time imagining Calvin Johnson being any easier for Sanders to match up with.

Deion probably would have cut down on the number of passes he caught but what would he do on the ones he did catch? Deion wasn't exactly the most enthusiatic tackler.

Wait??? You are comparing Johnson to Rice????? Wow. CJ is a great WR but Rice is at a different level.

What makes Rice on a different level than Megatron?

Deion would not have been able to out-jump Megatron, and I'm not sure how easily he'd bring him down once he caught the ball either.

I wonder how great this must be for a current Cowboys defensive back to hear your owner chime in on a bullshite hypothetical instead of supporting the current group.

I did, he was great. I just don't see anything that would put him on another level other than career stats.

He'd do a fine job on him but Megatron would catch some as well. Megatron is probably the most physically gifted offensive player in history. Rice was just a completely different player. I'd actually compare Fitzgerald more to rice if you had to compare him to a current top wide receiver.
