Founders Harvest Ale has landed here in ATL, I'm hoping I will be able to snag some here in a bit.

Making some venison chili later today and will probably use this Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout in it.

Had venison chili with Sierra Nevada stout, then a French broad porter and had an old Rasputin RIS as dessert.

I think you had a well balanced meal there.

Heading to Nola for the weekend. Will you Nola guys be around?

R2R, are you and the dark guy staying in town? I'm assuming he is your friend from Chicago who's in town.

Nice, I will probably do something similar. I want to see how a chocolate stout does in my chili compared to just a normal stout which is what I typically do.

Guten morgen. Decided to take the while day off instead of a half. FBD is a Stone Suede as I get ready to brew a tripel IPA. This is a good breakfast beer.

Good deal. Enjoy!

ETA: speaking of enjoying. Today is the last day you're allowed to drink an Enjoy By 10-25-13. Better finish them off or send them to my house tomorrow. I'll dispose of them appropriately.

Not sure why, but this struck me as very funny. My first beer will be with lunch and then the rest of the weekend will be a complete shite show with our SoCal friends in town and our Halloween party on Saturday night.

Doing your mavenly duty. Good work.

The more I sip on this Stone Suede, the more I like it. I'm a sucker for floral beers, and this one is on target. Makes me want to run around the block stealing flowers for this tripel IPA I'm brewing.
