They are 3-0

They have Tulsa at home this weekend

then three of the worst teams in Conference USA Florida Atlantic, UTSA and UTEP

then finish at Rice (which will most likely be for the West Division title)

Then they would have to play either Marshall or ECU again in the title game

>0%, which is more than I expected coming into this season. Tulane fans are becoming excited about these upcoming games.

If they can get Montana back healthy and consistent, pretty damn good.

They beat ECU with their backup QB....he was pretty serviceable though.

If they beat Tulsa, they'll be in great shape to take the conf title and a trip to Nashville

not sure Tulsa matters much. Rice is the team they have to beat in the West as they have a pretty easy schedule. Rice has UTEP, UNT, La Tech and UAB left before Tulane. And they are home vs Tulane. Win or lose vs Tulsa the Rice game will likely still be for the West (even if Rice slips in one of those games).

I'm hoping Tulane doesn't win CUSA, earning a Liberty Bowl spot, and instead comes in 2nd/3rd/4th and ends up playing ULL in the NOLA Bowl.

UNT should knock off Rice for at least one loss.

A Tulane vs ULL NOLA Bowl would be really cool. The Superdome would be packed for sure.

OMG! A thread about Louisiana sports and LSU is not mentioned! Let me go troll in it.

Being that ULL vs ECU filled up the first two sections and had people in the upper deck...I am fairly certain ULL vs Tulane would fill it up.

We know LSU fan won't be filling up the Superdome for a bowl any time soon.

That wouldn't really help Tulane. Tulane has to beat Rice to win this division. But they could still do it with a loss prior to Rice. However, if UNT beats Rice, then it sets up a 3 way tie possibility and Tulane will likely lose the tiebreaker.

That's only if LSU becomes bowl eligible which may be tough for them this year

9/10 but in all seriousness theres no reason tulane cant do this every yr. their conference is extremely weak and theres enough kids in nola that dont get big bcs offers that are legit and potential star D1 players
