Miles insistence of not using Hill in the first half after his fumble caused some of our problems. We have seen if before, and that is Miles trying to make a point to a player. Well it backfired Saturday. No other back can move the ball as well as Hill and we keep him on the bench to try and prove a point. Hill averaged over 5 yards per carry in the first half, but only carried the ball 7 times.

No interceptions and run the ball--- 1 loss team today. Shitty defense. Would love to see how many D1 teams defense allow opponenst to covert so many 3rd and 4th down conversions on the last drive of the game. Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Ole Miss. See a pattern?

Hilliard does look good this year, I'll give him that for sure.

frick, Miles benched Hill last year in the Bowl Game after a few long TD runs. Much like he benched Charles Scott in 2007 for having too much success against Kentucky early on.

we moved the ball well the entire first half. 3 ints killed our drives, nothing to do with running the ball.

I kept telling my son i wonder why hill is not in the game. I just knew before kickoff that if we would pound the ball with Hill, Mettenberger would have had a field day.

I thought it was a well known fact that if you fumble the balk on a Les Miles team you get to rest for a while.

Hill should run the ball no less than 25 times a game. The more he would have ran the ball in the 1st half the more we could have worn down the Ole Miss DL. Who is to say Hill doesn't finally break one for a long TD. We will never know, but my point was that sometimes Miles goes over board trying to prove a point. I am not complaining just making a point.

the only reason Hill fumbled is because his OLineman was pushed into him. Miles is a turd.

Miles has the demeanor of a little kid and I take my ball and go home.

Except if you're Jordan Jefferson, Alfred blue, Terrance Magee, and Hilliard.

To me Hill looked like a differant back in the second half. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he was injured.

God knows they all have gotten tons of carries this year.

Agreed. Hill needs at least 20 carries/game. By far our best RB, benching him for any reason other than injury is just really dumb.
