Sounds like a "Judge" at work, only caused minor injury

A 22-year-old man was hit in the hand by a stray shotgun pellet from a warning shot fired after a 68-year-old man found his wife in bed with the younger man, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office
The husband told deputies he was asleep in their main house in the 38000 block of S. Apache Peak Drive in Saddlebrooke early Saturday morning.
When he woke up around 1 a.m., he said his 63-year-old wife was not beside him, PCSO stated.
He went to their small guest house where he found her in bed with Stephen Chapman of Tucson, deputies said.
The husband said he used his cane to poke at Chapman to wake him up. The older man said Chapman began to yell profanities and refused to leave the house, according to PCSO.
As the husband was going to get his phone and gun for protection, Chapman came charging toward him in a threatening manner, according to the deputy's report.
The older man said he feared for his safety and fired a "warning shot" at Chapman with a .410 handgun/shotgun. The round struck a nearby wall and the stray bullet hit Chapman, causing a minor injury.
"Clearly, this young man should have heeded the warnings of the home owner to leave his residence and to stop sleeping with his wife," said PCSO Sheriff Paul Babeu.
Chapman refused medical treatment for his hand. Chapman was booked into the Pinal County Jail on one count of disorderly conduct. The case will be submitted to the Pinal County Attorney's Office for review.

Wait just a fricking second, the guy that got shot is the one who got arrested?

Wait, Where was the second shooter? Was there a grassy knoll close by. Things are not adding up. The husband shoots a wall with a .410 shotgun. A stray bullet hit Chapman in the hand. Bullets come from rifles and pistals. So clearly the husband isn't the one that shot him.
What part of self defense do you not understand? Are you a liberal???

A lot apparently. I get invited into a house to bang a chick, I get roused from my slumber by a prodding cane, I get shot, I get arrested?

It seems the generation that thinks this is okay is slowing fading out. I can't stand hearing stories about warning shots. But hey, maybe that's how they solve their problems.
Still one point for the good guys... I guess?

lil choupique asked me about a warning shot in a self defense situation the other day, I pulled the truck over.... looked him in the eye and said. the only warning shot is a MISS...
all a warning shot does, is waste a round.

I'd like to see pics of the 63 year old slut.

Nailed it!
It ends up becoming much worse for the good guy to fire a warning shot. Either don't fire at all, or try your best to hit what you're shooting at.
