Grilling a ribeye when I get done with beers. Cucumber, tomato, onion and mozz salad with Newmans parmesan and roasted garlic dressing.

For dessert I will have peanut butter cookies my mom and son made while she kept him today. That boy still loves to help cook!

Good choice! Cauliflower puree is an excellent vehicle for the gravy or reduction from the short ribs. Is that your plan?

Headed to the park and will have Izzo's after the game. Just sat in a ridiculous amount of traffic. So glad I don't have to go over the Mississippi Bridge everyday

Chicken, corn, black beans, rice, salsa, chopped jalapeno, fajita spice. Garlic and other seasoning while cooking chicken. Add the other stuff while brown rice is cooking. Throw in some chili powder, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce. Let it simmer. Add the rice. Its a nice little mix and goes far. Very cheap for the amount you get.
