Tequila
Lime juice
Orange juice
Brown sugar
Chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
Hot sauce
Olive oil

Olive oil and lemon pepper. Grill. Slice. Po-boy bread, Swiss, bacon, and mayo.

I marinade boneless/skinless thighs (over night if possible) in a mixture of:
Leblanc's seasoning
sweet baby ray's
Worcestershire sauce
italian dressing
honey mustard
garlic salt
