I know it's still early, but with September coming to an end and the beginning of AMC's Fear Fest and Syfy's 31 Days of Halloween, I'd like to get the Movie Board's insight on the best "scary" movies.

I'm a huge movie fan, especially scary movies. I'll watch them all at least once, whether I already know its gonna suck or not haha. Let's hear ya'll's all time favorites!!

While there's many I love, here are a few of my all time favorites.....

1. Children of the Corn (one of the creepiest movies ever to me. Something about little Amish kids who kill adults just freaks me out)

2. Evil Dead (the original, obviously)

3. Halloween (still the best slasher films, IMO)

4. Poltergeist ("...They're here!") LINK

House on Haunted Hill with Vincent Price is a great movie to watch during Halloween time.

Vincent Price is TCM's star of the month for October fwiw
The TCM schedule for October is awesome this year!

If you guys haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and watch Trick'rTreat. Not really a horror movie, but a great Halloween movie. It's good creepy fun. It's tone and atmosphere are perfect.
