My old rain gear has seen it's days and time to replace. I would like to get something that is durable and keeps me dry.

I don't use any. I have some water resistant bibs and parka but that's in. If I expect rain I bring an umbrella.

No way it is waterproof, I'm convinced that every thing they make isn't waterproof.

I have a 2005 Toyota Tundra that I've been using to hunt from when it rains for 9 years. Haven't got wet in it yet.

Frogg toggs... I have nightmares about those. My buddy has some grundens that are top notch although they get kinda stuffy. He stayed dry and I got soaked in frogg toggs.

That jacket will ruin your day. I have it and if it rains you're getting wet. Might as well not even wear one. It is nice for those 50* mornings though.

I bought the red head brand camo rain gear and it works fine. It is hot as frick, which I guess anything waterproof would be.

Nah, I been hiding a hundo every now again from myself to buy it.

Now I just have to remember the hiding spot.

I've got a filson field jacket that my dad gave me when he quit hunting. That thing must be my age and still keeps the rain off. Just wax it and roll on.
