re: Trolling Motor...Tiller handle vs remote - dbllung
Thanks for all the responses. I think I'm going to stick to what I know and get the tiller handle. I have a 1860 CC also and I had 12v 52 and it sucked in any kind of wind. I shouldn't have that problem with 80lb thrust 24v....

re: Trolling Motor...Tiller handle vs remote - dbllung
Yea, it was the salesman. They are both the same price but he said he sells twice as many remote motors than the tiller. Thanks for the reply!...

Trolling Motor...Tiller handle vs remote - dbllung
I need to buy a new trolling motor and the guy says I'd be crazy not to get the one with the remote. It's not the Ipilot, just the one with the basic remote. I've always used a tiller handle and have no problem using it. The only difference is the one with the remote is a 70 lb thrust but the til...

Yes, the silver has the screen on the back. I don't think you can playback on it but you can see what you're recording. It might have playback but I haven't gotten that far yet....

re: GoPro Settings for turkey hunt or mounting on boat - dbllung
Yea, I thought about it after but I should've asked what settings (if different) for when I clamp it to the center console bar of boat to video my 75 y/o mother catching redfish. Turkey season ends today. I have all year to figure that out. I guess I'll just play around with it. Was trying to sa...

GoPro Settings for turkey hunt or mounting on boat - dbllung
I just bought a GoPro Hero 4 Silver, and will be mounting it to my Franchi shotgun. What settings would allow me to get the best footage? I was going to set it up on 1080 at 60 fps. with medium or narrow FOV. Would these be the best settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Hope I didn'...

Bienville Parish Gobbler - dbllung
Well it's been a while since I've shot a turkey. This bird gave the slip the last few years so I was prepared to hunt a gasline he'd been traveling all day. I didn't have to. He showed up at 1:50. I had the last laugh this time. Only had a 8' beard but 1 1/8' spurs. 4/11/15 [img][URL=http://s1...

Anyone hike the Appalachian Trail? - dbllung
Good friend of mine started the trail today. I could've probably done the trail in my late teens or early twenties but not now. Hope he reaches Maine!! If not, at least he gets to live a dream of his and scratch one off the bucket list....
