I prefer Sam's choice ketchup.

The microwave doesn't work to well with this method. The trick is to start off with frozen filets.

Place 4 ham and cheese hot pockets in pot
Cover with 2 cups chicken broth
Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours
