This is some of the worst football I've ever seen. I'm "jonesing" for football right now, so I'm watching, but the quality of play is implorable? Damn it, I got sucked in again!

This game would normally be high scoring but Tech is starting a walkon Freshman and SMU has Garrett Gilbert.

I'm the one that asked. Have you been watching college football for 66 years? Chill man, it's week #1.

Understood, there is no way the money ESPN has that they couldn't have better teams. They know we want it so they feed us shite and we eat it.

ESPN isn't rolling in the dough. They have made a lot of personnel cuts recently.

It's Friday night college football. It wasn't that many years ago when you couldn't watch college football on Friday night. I'm glad it's on.

Just turn your tv off, it's not that difficult.

ESPN is definitely rolling in cash. Their layoffs last year were the result of how much money they've spent acquiring the rights to live sporting events and Disney made them slash payroll to fit under a profit margin.

Don't let those layoffs fool you. They're making a ton of money for Disney.

I tread an article that said they were cash strapped. I don't recall it mentioning Mickey & Donald.

Any decision to lay off 300-400 people is definitely coming from upstairs. ESPN makes money.
