Huell lifted the weed from Jesse. That's what he wanted to smoke, but the only thing in his coat pockets were the cigarettes (that were there before, huell did not swap them). Looking at that pack of smokes he realized that he was correct in his initial suspicion that Walt had the in with ricin taken without his knowledge in an effort to manipulate him.
Jesse isn't going to hank.

I thought Jesse knew Brock wasn't poisoned with the Ricin? He was poisoned with Lily of the Valley correct?

It may have something to do with who Saul called with this pink phone as Jesse was leaving.
Whoever it was may be meeting Jesse at Walt's house.

I assume Walt meets him at the house or Walt jr is there and he jesse does not want to hurt jr and turn into Walt

Right, but that was just a bait and switch. Brock get's poisoned, put's Jesse into a tailspin where he's emotionally suggestive, and when it comes out it wasn't Ricin, the incident is wrote off as freak accident.

Yeah but in this episode didn't Jesse ask Saul if Walt lifted it to poison Brock? I thought the doctors told Jesse it wasn't Ricin, so why would he still automatically blame Walt.

Walt Jr is there. That's why it doesn't get light up. Also leads to Walt Jr asking wtf is going on as seen in the preview.
