I bought some bone in ribeyes from kroger yesterday. My normal operation is to season with salt and pepper and then a dash of worchestire right before i pull them. That works great when the steak has good marbling.

The steaks i bought yesterday have almost no marbling but they were 3.99lb. I figured someone around here would be able to give a decent marinade to give them some flavor. I will probably use the old allspice, italian dressing, and coke recipe for a couple. Anyone out there do anything different?

Im not gonna put them in the microwave. Im not throwing them in the trash. Im not giving them to the dogs.

Make some breakfast style steaks. Maybe some with bread crumbs.

Fajitas. Or you could grind em up with a little bacon and make some burgers. A food processor can be used as a makeshift grinder if you don't have one..

Schnitzel does sound like a good option.

Cut them down as thinly as you can, and make some po-boys out of them.

Lol at the pic!! I do like the fajitas ideas but we do that quite often around our house with skirt steak. Im interested in the gravy response. If i brown and smother them, they should make a good gravy? It sounds good but ive just never done that with steaks.

Stop being a weenie - Grill them medium rare and eat them.

can you still buy Adolph's tenderizer?

Use a half jar of that on them to predigest.
