What to cook on a rotisserie

Just got a rotisserie for my grill and i was looking for a few recipes. How do you prepare your chicken, pork loin, and ribs for your rotisserie? What other items do you cook with it that might be out of the norm?

I would think any type of whole critter would be good, as long as the right size and not too big? Chickens, small turkeys, squirrels, kitten coons, maybe a big shank ham...

The whole point of a rotisserie is for the food to baste in it's own juices right? If it's a chicken, I'd just brine it, put a little rub on it (maybe some select herbs underneath the skin), and let it go to town. Flavor town that is.

Chicken comes out best if you brine it first, then stuff it with onions, garlic and peppers.
Pork loin comes out great on the rotisserie too. especially if you wrap it in bacon.

i got some sirloin steaks a few weeks ago, folded them over then put them on the rotisserie, put some skewers in them to keep it from falling apart.
Marinated the meat in olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes and paprika
on the rotisserie for about 20-25 min to get the edges well done (request from a pregnant lady that was over for dinner), center a perfect medium
Was some of the best steak i've had recently.
