Interesting Note that The Original Famous Rays in NY is now Prince Street Pizza. The menu does look good.
I don't see Louisiana mentioned much on Thrillist. Guess they don't get out much.

I had the hot sopressata pie from Pizza Delicious last weekend...the pickled peppers were more tasty than the sopressata. It needed more meat (and I'm not any sort of hardcore carnivore). PD's crust is a fine thing, but the better cured meats pie is the diavola or enzo at Ancora.

I ate at frank pepe's last week in new haven. we didn't get the clam pie though.
