Not often, but if I'm loading stuff up and I'm going to be getting up and down frequently in one sitting, absolutely. I love it
Try loading in 50 bags of concrete stacked nicely against the front of the bed.

ETA: Now would I ask for it as an option? Hell no. But dude, it came with the KR so I'm gonna use it bro.

Now the freaking 'put it together' plastic bed gate is useless.

Is that an option?

Mine only has one, but if the strippers go for it, I'll add another one.

I'll be in the market for a XLT 4x4 in the near future. It's a $400.00 option. Personally I feel I can live with out it. Naturally my wife liked the idea, but I didn't know if I would ever use it. Especially if I install a bed cover or leer top.

Would not want. Use that $400 and buy a gun or something

It does make it nice to have when you have to load a bunch of stuff in the bed. My son and wife use it all of the time.

Plan on making threads about all the F150 features?

Do not use it, never plan to. With that being said, I can see how it could be extremely handy.
