I am frying some chicken tenders. I will put them over romaine, green onion, cherry tomatoes, wedged tomatoes, and cucumber with some feta and sliced mozzarella. I am making R2R's dijon/balsamic vinagrette. Garlic French bread.
Beer for me, vodka and cranberry for her.

Otw back to the ham. Had a huge lunch from herby k's. boiled shrimp,crawfish étouffée, marinated crab claws, and a shrimp and oyster poboys... Abita root beer to wash it down... Damn good eats this trip... Never got Johnny's though...
