If NBA Players Got Paid What They Were Really Worth

I know with the lack of centers, mediocre players like Splitter get awful deals because that is what the market dictates but he is by no means worth 9 mil/yr. I'd say he is worth more along the lines of 5. Pick a player and say his current value not his future value (Anthony Davis' current value not what he is projected to be in 4 years for example). Lebron would of course be worth 30 mil/yr with a cap in place. Oh and Ginobli= .75 cents after the Finals.

LeBron would be richest man in world

Chandler Parsons is making $850,000 next year.
It works both ways. There are underpaid players as well.

They're getting paid what they're worth. The market sets prices.

So say what you think he is worth.

He's already a top half starting SF. The average of all the leagues SF's would be a good starting point.

So what would you base their worth off of? How much money does winning a championship really bring in?

If not market value, by what arbitrary means are you assigning "worth?"

Lebron is worth at least 20 times what a guy like Tyreke Evans is worth.

The mega stars in the NBA seem to dictate how much they make based off of how likely they are at winning a title.
Example, a percentage of the highest paid players aren't who you think they are, but players like Lebron and KD take less, even if it is only a little less, so his team can sign other guys to help them win a title.
