We've hit all the corporate chains. Looking for some hidden gem, mom-n-pop type places.
I'm up here all the time for hunting season and several times during the year off-season. It'd be nice to find a few new places.
P.S. is there a decent pizza place in Dothan???

Dothan is the circle of death for good food. The only decent local place I went to over there was a steak house called Conestoga or something, it wasn't great, just decent.

I'm afraid you're right. So far, Kyoto Sushi is the best place in town.
Still have never gotten a decent pizza there.

Have you hit up the famous Hobbs BBQ yet?

Good luck with that, rural Alabama has chains, BBQ, "Country" cookin' and bad Chinese AYCE. Exceptions to this rule are few and far between, an occasional steakhouse maybe. Dothan is far enough south that it should have better, I spent several days there once, but that was long ago.

This is soo true. I lived in Dothan for about a year and there wasnt a whole lot to choose from. Hobbs, Old Mill, Thai House, and Blue Plate are my only recs.
