Almost every organization has a nutcase of a player, to AH's extent, maybe not, but hell every team gambles on crazy drug failing jocks.

What is she getting at? Never pick a player who did drugs or doesn't hold the same values? You couldn't even field a team. She acts like he had a history of killing people.
