Shaq Plans to Build Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge

How much of the bill is Shaq footing? It sounds like his name will be on the building and operated by OLOL. The "free" comment is troubling. Nothing is free.
Who pays for the costs to operate the facility and health care costs? It sounds to me like either the state or John Q. Public. I doubt Jindal agrees to spend state funds for this and I'm 100% against John Q. Public's monies used for this.

I love the idea, Shaq is a great man this is a much better idea than the Aaron Hernandez school of forensic sciences at Boston Community College
