Yea Chad Morris went from High School straight to Arkansas... Good high school record gives you an opportunity to coach at a low tier college level then you do good there and go to the next level. That's what coaches who don't have an 'in' at top programs have to do, work their way up. You shouldn't...

Not everyone coach has their first gig at Michigan or Florida playing in front of 90,000 dude. He was a monster success at a place with no resources playing against teams with no resources too and winning. You don't go 'Oh that win doesn't count since only 500 people showed up'...
