Not a fan.

Given just 10-days to make a selection, Tigers fans logged on the Memphis website and cast 2,997 of the approximately 6,000 total votes for floor design #1, the city skyline/bridge option. Additionally, the Memphis floor will carry the new American Athletic Conference logo, as well as an enlarged leaping Tiger mark and social media marks.

In a few more years, courts like that are going to be the norm in college basketball

I live in Memphis and can’t stand the team, but I will say I am a fan of the new court.

just noticed the social media marks. If they get rid of those I really like the court.

Thought those were banned? From the Mississippi State news a few weeks back. Is it just for Football?

I would get lost playing basketball on that court.

Not a huge fan but if they were gonna go with that style of court (seems more schools are doing some type of design on the court) its not awful. Oregon is 10x worse.

I don't see how it's not a distraction for the players and refs.

It looks cool on screen, but I'm willing to bet it's gonna look like crap on a full size court. Way too busy, IMO...

I'm of the opinion that less is more, when it comes to court design.

So they used a bridge that goes to Arkansas as a design on their court? Interesting.

I would have picked the one without the bridge, but it looks good.

Why do colleges use huge logos like Kansas? The only busy courts I like are the Charlotte Hornets and Houston Rockets from the 90s.

And I thought you weren't allowed to put twitter stuff on the courts?

I'd go back to that. Make the logo from basically the 3 point line to 3 point line.
