Great looking package 
What beer should I pair with salmon? Keeping it simple with just salt and pepper seasoning. Maybe some lemon juice. Asparagus as sides.

FBD - Cigar City Humidor IPA. Bottled June 18th, can't beat the freshness!

Just about anything. A saison, an ipa, a pale ale.

I'd go saison since you're keeping the flavors light and delicate. The wrong IPA might be too dominant and overpower the subtleties of salmon.
