Good deal or bad deal?

They had it open box for $640.00

Specs seem decent.

everything else is okay. you could build better for cheaper. Who knows what kind of generic power supply and motherboard it has in it.

You could build a better one cheaper. The only attractive part of that pc is the CPU really.

I had an HP about 10 years ago that had a motherboard with a soldered-over AGP slot.

I'll echo what everyone else said. If you're not tech savvy at all (I assume you arent since you're asking about this PC), and you just want something that's good enough for some light games at low settings, then go for it. It won't do much, but you won't have to mess with it. This machine is meant for multimedia, photo editing, video editing, all the little happy visuals and activities they used to show in Windows 7 commercials.
