Cooking dinner for about 7 adults this week at our beach house. Shrimp prices a little high in Mexico Beach, Fl. Looking for a relatively easy meal, any suggestions?

You could get by with much less shrimp if you make shrimp tacos...

white beans or red beans with sausage/ham and rice.

Maybe something you can put in a crock pot to cook while ya'll are out at the beach. Pulled pork for sandwiches??

My first thought, also. 3 lbs would feed the crowd well.

Shrimp Diane is always a good, easy dish. Since it is a pasta dish, you don't have to use that many shrimp...

How about a make your own fajita meal. You can do half shrimp and half steak. Skirt wont break your break. Tortillas, cheeses, veges, and salsa.Easy, not expensive, and makes it an easy going meal.

Nothing says June beach dinner like a big ole portion of white beans and rice.

Keep is simple, burgers, wings or get a bunch of different toppings and let people make their own pizzas and throw them on the grill.
