I don't personally hate mike Anderson's but I think it qualifies.

Ivevbeen three times to Roberto's and I dgaf if I ever go back.
It's not bad, it's just to me overrated.

I agree with Roberto's.

I think it's good, but nearly worth the praise that people bestow upon it.

Chimes, used to be a go-to place but it's just not that good anymore.

Never suggested chimes for eating purposes..

I do love their crab cake and blackened salmon sandwich.
Only two things ill ever order there.

The things I order at Chimes have been consistently good at both locations.

I don't hear a ton of praise for the majority in your list.

I only agree with mike Anderson's and chimes

George's

Hamburger is over rated. Post roast on Tuesdays and RB Po'boy on Sundays are great.

Fleming's

Never been to one I thought was good so my expectation was low. SO not that overrated.

The Chimes

Meh. Never heard great things about it.

Mike Anderson's

Very over rated. I don't get the love for the place.

Zeeland Street Market

It beat my expectations. So not overrated. Their lunch is very good, but over priced.

It is what it is - a chain.

BUT, my most over rated restaurant in BR is Jubans. I had heard nothing but great stuff about it. It blew and was very overpriced. All that being said I haven't been in 7 years because it sucked so bad.

Tsunami for sushi fans. Yes the view is pretty cool but I can get equal or better sushi at Kamado's for half the price

For real.

George's? Who raves about that place? It's a decent, cheap meal in pinch, but nobody I know considers it a gem by any means.

Zeeland Street Market? Most people I know have probably only eaten there once or twice, if at all.

Great call. Other than the view Tsunami is very overrated.

I say take Flemming's and Chimes off the list and the list looks solid. I hate it when my friends suggest going to George's.

Replace the Chimes with Walkons, but I understand the Chimes has been slacking recently. I know the FB hates Walkons, but the consensus in Louisiana is that it's pretty good, unfortunately.

Don't know if Galatoires is rated high, but its the most over priced average restaurant in Baton Rouge.

Probably the only thing ill ever agree with you about.

I went once and won't go back. It's got a nice feel to it but the service was average and the food I thought sucked. I had a bland grilled catfish with crawfish étouffée on top. Really no flavor at all.

Brewbachers has to be the worst establishment in BR. I can't believe how they operate multiple locations.
