It's a proven fact everytime I cook in the kitchen I dirty almost every single item in the kitchen. Any tips or suggestions to remedy this?

Try to clean as you cook. This makes the task at the end not as daunting.

I wont cook anymore unless the dishwasher is empty. try to fill it up as I cook. try to plan out the dishes you use. quickly wash something if you think you can use it again while cooking ie. bowls, cutting boards, knives, etc.

I grew up in a chemistry lab, where the things around you could kill you and I learned to be very careful to clean as I went. Those habits transferred to the kitchen and I hardly ever make much of a mess. Cleaning doesn't seem to slow me down too much either. I do all prep work either cook beside the sink or in it and constantly wash spoons bowls pans etc. as I go.

(At work) I have chemists who work for me who don't keep a clean lab and I give them hell for it. Not safe and could hurt someone other than just them. Same in the kitchen. Hate to out my hand down into a sudsy sink and touch the edge of a knife blade.
