Look what I just caught. How do I clean & cook it?


Thinking just a standard fillet and bake it in the oven? 425 degrees? Covered?

Cut into chunks. Put on trotline. Clean and eat fish and turtles you catch with it.

Step 1, take said fish to a heavily democratic voting area.
Step 2, sell fish to Toby.
Step 3, use earnings and spare change to buy good fish from market
Step 4, profit.

Some states have rewards for them. I think New Yorks is actually quite substantial. You should certainly check with wildlife officials.
