Anyone wrestle as an adult?

I've never wrestled competitively, but after many mood altering beverages, a buddy talked me into having a go at it. He was quite a bit younger than me, but we moved the couches and went to town.
I have now gained a new appreciation for wrestlers. I am out of shape, but after two minutes of wrestling, I thought my heart was going to explode. Has anyone else been dumb enough to do this as an out of shape adult?

Any tussles in college usually ended up like this. Started with a lot of fire and purpose and turned to labored breathing and a mutual quitting a couple minutes in.

I did club wrestling in college and then picked up fighting. I did that through the army as well. I haven't fought since 2007, though.

there is a reason why football players would all puke when they finished football and came to their first wrestling practice. It is probably the toughest sport in the world.
