My stocks have gotten absolutely hammered the last two days. I'm heavy in silver and oil and its not looking pretty. Is it time to back the truck up and load up more after these losses or do y'all see them going much lower?

I really can't see oil going lower than $80. I would def bet that it goes back in the 90-100 range. It all depends how long you can afford to stay in the red. Oil will go definitely go back up.

I can stay in the red for as long as I need to. I guess I should mention its both oil and natural gas companies with rds.b and NFX being my two largess gas o&g holdings.

I only have a small amount sitting on the side lines so I might just wait for more downside if it comes.

I would do the same. With silver I can't give a good opinion on. Haven't been following it as much.

What is your investment timeline? Impossible to answer your question without knowing this.

I'd watch silver, we'll see a jump up today but I think we could potentially see buying opportunity around $20. I'll get back in at that price and hold long (5yrs+), tapping cash reserve as not touching investments during this run.

I was thinking the same thing, $20 was my buying point. I was thinking of buying Liberty Dollars, you know of a good place to buy Silver?

I prefer APMEX. Especially if you can order with a few people to knock shipping down.

Track down some of the silver threads on here for differing opinions.

Yeah, I do not have one complaint as far as ordering, shipping, safety of delivery, etc.

Also, try local coin shops/gold & silver stores. I found one locally that has a wide assortment of Eagles, Maple Leafs, Morgan, and other assorted coins and bullion.

I am still very young with no rush whatsoever to pull my money out of the market.

Why RDS.B over RDS.A?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe rds.a requires you to pay more in taxes on dividends.

Apmex was a higher price and charged for shipping. Silvertowne was like $2 over spot with free shipping. It was a no brainer.
