Forest Ridge Neighborhood/ Denham Springs???

Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, praise, warnings, etc... to say about this neighborhood.????????

I'm from the LP and I'm absolutely positive at least the majority of the houses if not all are DR Horton in Forrest ridge. I've come to the realization that if it sounds like a good deal in denham or walker 80-90% of the time it's dr Horton. Sad to say.

At least its not on DR Hortons website. Not sure why it would not be, seeing that they list even their shittiest neighborhoods.

Most of these houses were built by PCC Homebuilders which was MA Allen's building company. PCC was sold to DR Horton after most of these houses were built. Not sure if PCC was any better than DR Horton....but that is another story.

Easiest way to tell if its DH Horton if not obvious is to find out what tonnage the HVAC is. If its undersized for the house its DH Horton or the like.

At least half of those houses ARE DR Horton.
