My opinion is that the OP question is meaningless and absurd. Serious as a heart attack.

I'd expect nothing less from an attorney.

Nope.

Government has always been in plentiful supply as long as I can remember.
There is an odd economic phenomenon in connection with this; high supply usually lowers cost.

In the case of government, the higher the supply, the higher the cost.

OP.

Was there ever a time in your life that you said to yourself "We need more government intervention".

So meaningless. So absurd.

People shout for the government to do something every time something happens that upsets them.

The year was 1963. It was a Tuesday. Cold. Dreary. And dark. Not unlike many Tuesdays before it. As I walk down the steam-filled alley lined with trash and filth, it suddenly hit me. I stopped dead in my tracks and I said to myself, "we need more government intervention." I thought for a moment, looking off into the distance as the rain continues to fall from the moonlit sky. "Nahhhhh", I said, and continued walking to the doughnut shop on the corner.
