Just in their careers at LSU not accounting for pro careers, who was the best out of the three.....

1-Kevin Minter
2-Ali Highsmith
3-Kelvin Sheppard

Umm.... you ever heard of Trev Faulk or Bradie James? Eric Hill? These 3 are better than your 3. Imo

Out of those three, I would say Minter, but he really had only one great season.
Overall, Mikey Brooks is the answer.

I missed that. Of the 3, I'd say Sheppard had the better career followed by Highsmith and Minter.

Out of those three I would have to say Ali Highsmith because of his big play ability. Kelvin is close behind Ali but Kelvin didn't have Ali's speed.

yea but if they simply answer the question then how can call the OP stupid?

to answer the question i go with 1a) Kelvin Sheppard, 1b) Ali Highsmith, 2) Kevin Minter

The only reason i believe Minter is a step below the other two is because he only played top level football one year in the P&G while the others played significant roles as early as sophomores. The other two also both decided to stay for their senior season.

Also The only reason i put Shep in front of Ali because IMO the Mike linebacker is much more important than either of the outside spots.

U can argue careers since Minter left early. But Minter played the position the last two years as well as any body we've ever had at ILB. IMHO
Minter
Sheppard
Highsmith

Sheppard was an amazing coach on the field and student of the game. Remember Chief saying he was the smartest LB he's ever coached?

Minter had better physical skills.

For those who never saw M. Brooks before his injury in the Fla. game, it's worth checking out some old footage...
Not just a great LB, but a great athlete.
