You rang? In all seriousness I know y'all have an effecient BXN going, but when I graduate I'd be willing to help out. Especially for people not living in beer meccas like yourself. I can get: Oskar Blues, Bell's, Founders, Ballast Point, Great Divide, Terrapin, and of course the local stuff like Good People, Straight to Ale, etc.

Hey you get stuff I can't so most definitely hit me up. I get OB, Founders, and BP but love all the other stuff you can get your hands on.

I wouldn't argue with that. I think Double Jack is that good too. Top 4 IPA for me, along with Pliny, Heady and Ruination 10th.

I need to get my hands on some Heady...

I'd love to join the BXN to taste all the great beers not available in LA. But with so many already offering the same, or better, selection, then I guess I'll just have to travel the country.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I do. Every once in a while someone will drop a nugget down to me. You can always order from the shipping places and use that to trade around. That's pretty much what Kim does.

This is so balanced and awesome. Nice and piney with a solid balance of sour citrus punch and it has a nice silky texture. I could bankrupt myself on these.

Glad you like it. With shipping they end up being about $5 a pint, but we deserve it!

Awesome man .. very jealous. Sounds like a great trip. Are you going far north as New Hampshire by chance? Smuttynose is one of my favorite breweries.

That is what I do with Surly for sure. The rest of the stuff I trade I get from AL/FL trips or from other BXs.

No doubt, it's a great beer. I've got a friend in Tampa sending me some Cigar City and my folks coming in from Alabama this weekend bringing me Sweetwater, Bell's and Terrapin stuff .. I'll let you know what all he sends over and relay to you whatever you want.

Working up recipes and getting together a Strawberry Honey Blonde and a Tropical Pale ale (Pineapple/Mango and tropical fruit hops) Will be taking this road on the show to brew the pale ale in Jackson.

I'll blame the fruits on the upcoming summer weather.

I promise I have a LOT of hops in the freezer that'll get put to good use!

No beer for me tonight.

No worries. These things work out. Looks like the tentative date for the Jamboree is 10/19. Does that work for you?

1. Is Envie available in BR? See a lot of canebreak, but no Envie so far.

2. Does Pliny live up to the hype? A good friends mom is moving to Cali, hoping I can talk her into sending me some.
