I'm talking about what you just cannot get into. Not talking about going to the game. Just TV. I am just going with major sports.

My list from most boring to least:

1.Baseball
2.Racing
3.Tennis
4.Hockey
5.Soccer
6.Golf
7.Football
8.Basketball (barely edges out football IMO)

Again this is just opinions. I'd like to hear yours.

The NFL

Can't tackle
Can't lower your head
Can't breathe on a QB
Can't touch a receiver
Too many commercials
Absolutely abysmal color analysts
Games are now 4 hours with or without replacement refs

College basketball is just about the worst. I can only watch during the tournament and not be bored to tears

As much as I love it, it's got to be baseball. I mean the pitchers take so ducking long between pitches and all the other shite.

Playing the game or being at it is different, but watching it on tv can be a drag.

Soccer over hockey? Does not compute.

Baseball - baseball needs to adapt
Racing - crashes bring the most attention for 3rd parties
Tennis - you have to either play tennis or have a favorite player to be all-in
Soccer - you have to appreciate the game to be locked in for 90+ minutes
Golf - see tennis

Hockey, Basketball, and Football are rarely boring.

FWIW, my favorite sports are football, basketball, golf, and soccer.

1. NASCAR
2. Hockey
3. Soccer

These are all equally boring to me. Favorite are:

1. Football
2. Baseball
3. Golf
4. Basketball

Top 3 favorite are much higher than basketball.

Baseball on TV is as boring as cricket. Racing sucks too. I can handle the other sports

NBA. The game is essentially meaningless until the last quarter. Due to the long season and obvious difference in quality in teams, most teams put forth a token effort throughout the year. When the game actually is close and late, there is no flow and way too many breaks in the action. A tight game, which should be the most exciting, has very little actual basketball getting played.

I pretty much will watch LeBron and that's it. He's fun.

Compared to the rest in your list, these two are easily the most boring. Nascar has an excuse, it's a quasi-sport. But baseball has just lost its way - the games drag and drag and drag...like nobody has anything else to do for the whole day - it's the worst sport for modern times.

(caveat -but for some crazy reason baseball is great in the Fall Classic - baseball at its very very very best is better than any other sport at its best...but when baseball isn't great it's terrible unlike football.)
