Lose first SEC game and end win streak? Off the bandwagon.

While possible, this is quite the optimistic outlook, eh?

Not really...i see no reason why we should lose any of those games. Now that's an optimistic outlook

I've watched SEC baseball long enough to know that EXPECTING back to back sweeps in this conference (one at home and one on the road) is somewhat of a one-sided outlook.

In before people pull out 23 game win streak in 2008.

My personal opinion is that Vanderbilt should be number one and we should be number two followed by UNC.

Nobody in the top 12 moved.

ETA: 5 of top 10 are SEC teams. Sounds a lot like football poll.

yep, would be great to sweep Auburn and Missouri before taking on Kentucky at home. If we can do that, and take 2 or 3 from UK, LSU will be sitting pretty at 10-2 before going to Ar-kansas.
I'll take 8-4 and would be thrilled with 9-3

Not sure if that's sarcasm, but we were 7 last week.

And I can't argue against that because the teams they have ahead of us took care of their business and won their series.

That was a real nice stroke of luck for us. Getting Auburn at home, and Mizzou, the worst team in the SEC being one of our road series. UK at home is a huge plus.

I think it was sarcasm.

Just a damn shame you win 2/3 on the road against (at least) a likely regional host school and you can't move up one spot. I understand everyone in their top 12 all won weekend series.

Took two of three on the road, BA had explicitly said they were keeping LSU down because we hadn't proven ourselves away from the Box.

No surprises here.
